On December 7, 2007, as a result of the purchase of 100% of the issued and outstanding units of CHIP REIT by BFO Acquisition Limited Partnership, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, CHIP REIT units were de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange and the trust was terminated.
